When I arrived in Portugal, my main concern was the language barrier. However, I found a teacher, Nikesh Chapain, on social media and decided to join his class. Although the class only lasted 45 days, I felt like I learned as much as I would have in a year.

I now feel confident enough to engage in basic daily conversations

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my professor (teacher), Nikesh Chapain, for dedicating his valuable time to teaching us the Portuguese language. Since joining his Zoom online class, I have been thoroughly impressed and satisfied with his teaching methods and techniques. Each time, he provided us with an extra practice sheet to aid our learning. Additionally, he sent a practice sheet and vocabulary list, along with voice recordings, to our WhatsApp group so that we could pronounce the words correctly, just like native Portuguese speakers. It's truly remarkable that despite the course being only 15 hours long, I have learned so much. I now feel confident enough to engage in basic daily conversations in Portuguese, whether it's at the supermarket, a restaurant, or with Portuguese people.

He is the best teacher I have ever had! He is highly qualified and experienced, hardworking, and explains things in a way that everyone understands. He works with a platform where he has created lots of exercises and other resources for self-study, which helped me a lot. Learning with a good teacher is not as difficult as it seems.
